Legal Notice: Dog Walking Services

Nelly and Hen is a professional dog walking service operating in accordance with UK law. Under current legislation, we are not licensed to provide home boarding, day care, or overnight stays. Our services are strictly limited to walking dogs on behalf of their owners, either individually or in small, appropriate groups, as agreed in advance.

All dogs remain the legal responsibility of their owners outside the scheduled walk times. While in our care, we take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your dog. However, as per the Animal Welfare Act 2006, ultimate responsibility for the animal remains with the owner.

By using our services, clients acknowledge and accept that Nelly and Hen is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage occurring outside of the agreed walking period.

We hold full public liability insurance and adhere to best practice standards for animal welfare. Copies of our insurance policy and risk assessment are available upon request.
